Google has announced a new refresh to the Panda algorithm. The new Panda update was carried out on March 24 and according to Google it will affect only 1.6% of search queries.

Google has announced this Panda refresh using their Twitter account, and took advantage of the social network characters limitation to avoid detailing about the nature of the update and the websites that will be affected as a result.

Google Panda came into our lives last February in order to remove low quality websites and content farms from the top of the search results. Since the first Panda update, Google keeps updating the system about once a month. Google Panda 3.4 follows the recent algorithm change made last February in order to make it more accurate and sensitive to the latest web changes.
