A free service provided by Google to webmasters and bloggers. Google Webmaster Tools offers several tools that help webmasters to track their site’s indexing status and its performance on Google’s organic search results. Webmasters can use Google tool to update or submit an xml site map, create and check a robots.txt file, track crawl errors (including 404 error pages), see inbound links (including internal links) and which keywords led to the site’s appearance on Google’s organic search results.
