Search Engine Advertising

Search engine advertising or paid inclusions, or Pay Per Cost (PPC), is a search engine marketing procedure that focuses on the paid search results (as opposed to the organic search results).

In search engine advertising, the advertiser bids on keywords in order to get to the top results.

Search engine advertising usually includes text ads displayed above, besides or below the organic search results. Most ads are sold using the PPC payment method, in which the advertiser is paid only on clicked ads.
